I'm working on a ROM Hack and am having a slight issue with my pipes on World 2, I don't know how to change the levels to make the output to the world map go to my custom places for the pipes.

Someone, anyone, please explain it to me.

In a sense, it was still you helping me, Curly. I was rerouted to the thread you gave the tutorial in.

When I finish my maps and title screen, I'll post up a thread with previewing eye candy of the map designs and all that jazz. I hope this hack goes well, I'm having tons of fun messing with stuff.

Now to stray the topic a bit to another issue I have in my hack. My custom color palette for Mario to turn him effectively into Luigi has a few holes in it.

I used the SMBColor.exe to swap the color palette, but it didn't change the map sprite for Super or the post-use sprite of the Leaf, P-Wing, or Super Mushroom from the inventory (if I'm green before I use one, I'm red after). What's up with that?

On that note, I also have the issue of being "Mario" when I enter a mini-game house on the screen that you talk to Toad, any tips on how to change that, too?

Hi, I'm new, I hope to make myself understood well because I'm Italian but I translate with google.

I also have the same problem with the tubes, I recently opened a question on the forum for this topic, I talked about many things, about this to specify what exactly I know and I am interested in knowing. To summarize, however, this is my problem, I have to address Mario in the map and I can't, I used smb3 map editor but when I modify the tubes then the modification is effective the most updated one and for all the previous tubes modified with this dedicated software. I would really like to know how I can make a map as if it were world 7 with many tube connections and each one different and with Mario arriving where I destined him in the map.

Maybe it will be an old topic but i'm still operational, i like to modify mario bros 3 for nes and already i have my rom with only one map, but i want to create a long 8 levels like the original and i need to know some things why not I am a programmer, I delight in being one, more or less as you program, I have a little clear of it but I only did simple things once just for testing, obviously modifying Mario Bros. will not be the same, it will certainly be easier especially if someone here it helps to solve some small problems.
