BooUrns, those pipes have the same number of colors as normal, they've just been dithered preposterously well to make it look like they have more colors.

Some of this looks good, some of it looks bad. I get the impression you already know what looks bad and are fixing it, so I won't go into detail. Your map is awesome. But you probably should include some geographical features on it somewhere. Like the two mountain ranges or something.

Actually the pipes have 16 colors in them and I colored it all manually.
Unfortunately, my computer crashed a while back and I am no longer working on this project....or any project at that. Life has been crazy lately and I just don't have time any more...:/
