I've seen just about every series this crazy lady churned out, save one.

You can really see the art evolution when you place Urusei Yatsura, Ranma ½ and Inu-Yasha back to back. More so, probably, if you include Maison Ikkoku (sp?) inbetween.

Did you know Shampoo is, according to the author herself, something of a "do-over" for Lum, and that Lum was her own nickname?

So Ranma½ and InuYasha is made by the same person. Never really thought about it and I've seen both of these. But not completed either. I happen to like the english version of InuYasha and after I've gotten used to it, the next season I "buy" is japanese. Fun.

I had no idea about the Shampoo thing but now when you mention it, I notice the similarities.

I have the full manga series for Ranma ½ and InuYasha. Mostly because the anime were cut short.

Which sucks, ofcourse. I mean, considering Ranma and Akane
Spoiler:
actually almost get married in the manga, only to have the Love Dodecahedron ruin the entire party, getting the marriage postponed until it's all resolved (which is when it ends)
...compared to the anime just skipping to the very last shot... and ofcourse everything inbetween.

I'd love to see that magic cloning mirror in the anime though. Sex-crazy girl-type Ranma in a hadaka apron for the fuckwin!

The only mirror I remember in the anime was the one that got them into the future.

And I only read until the 12th or so pocket of the manga for some reason. It's a bad habit. Reading something or playing a game for sometime and then just stopping.

Hmm, yeah, girl-type Ranma is hot.

Never really watched any of her stuff. I've heard good things about Ranma 1/2, and I never really liked Inuyasha. Other than that, I don't really know anything she's done.

I'll stick with my Rurouni Kenshin :3
