I'm at about 1.5 liters a day of Coke Light. Despite being walking proof against the aspartane controversy, I sometimes feel like I should cut back. Should I?

Is coke light Diet Coke? If so, unless you're having money problems, I'd say that's kind of normal, but it wouldn't hurt to go down half a litre.

I drink 8 cans of regular a day or so.

But then again I've had tonnes of these 1.5 litre bottles of coke since september. Got 200 cans worth left

I just like bottles because I can keep them for longer than cans when I open them and they won't go flat. With cans it takes about 4 hours to get flat, with bottles, it never happens (because I have one of these "fizz" keeping bottle caps so if the bottle loses all the air, it just pumps it back in)

You should cut back. Coke Light is even less wholesome than regular coke. The sugar in regular coke is decomposed but the ingredients in Coke Light...not so easily.

I honestly rarely ever drink any kind of pop. Except when I'm at my dad's becuase he actually buys it. :V

Also I'd suggest cutting back because pop is generally not all that good for you.

I would suggest a switch RC cola, though merely as a matter of preference.

There shouldn't really be anything wrong with that much soda so long as you also drink about the same amount of water.
EDIT: For monetary reasons though it could be helpful to cut back.

Coke makes me sick, so I don't drink it anyway. Something about the taste of it just makes me... eurgh. Anyway, yeah, cut back. Not a LOT, but atleast half a liter, dude. Can't be healthy. Then again, whenever I'm at a restraunt, I drink 4 big ol' glasses of Sprite. Oh well.
