In fact, it's exceedingly common for "compilation" games such as this to have original characters thrown in with everyone else (Ruby Heart, Amingo, Abyss, and technically SonSon from Marvel VS Capcom 2; Reiji Arisu, Xiaomu, Saya, 99, and Katana from Namco X Capcom; at least one original character in each of the Super Robot Wars games, culminating in the "Original Generation" SRW games; etc.) Edit: One should note, though, that this character we're discussing is one of the bosses, not a playable character. All the playable characters here are indeed from previous games. |

That character... *spoilers*
It's Taboo. The Ancient Minister isn't the true villain, he's really a good R.O.B., who is playable in the game. Master Hand is Taboo's puppet, and believe it or not, it is Sonic who defeats Taboo. I'm surprised the leak hasn't been discussed a bit more: Toon Link: Sadly, he seems to be a clone of Link, and does NOT have the Deku Leaf other WW related items. His stage takes place on a pirate ship, and one of the songs is Dragon Roost Island. Captain Falcon is back, mostly unchanged, but unlockable, and his stage is Port Town. His FS gets him into the Blue Falcon. Falco and Wolf are in. Not a whole lot is known, but both of them use Landmasters just like Fox, Falco throws his reflector forward, and Wolf has a jetpack, as well as a gun much like the Ray Gun item. R.O.B. is playable, but little is known about him. Luigi is back, and does not use his Polterguster. His final smash is weird: the colors seem to invert, and everyone moves in slow motion. Jigglypuff returns, and her FS appears to be "Giant Jigglypuff." Ness and Marth are in. Ness' Final Smash is just like Lucas', except blue, though PK Flash and Freeze are different, as are their physical and throwing moves. Marth appears unchanged for the most part. Ganondorf does NOT use his sword as far as we know. He seems like Falcon, but his UpB is different, and he has quite a few different physical attacks. Lucario is new, and his standard B is just like Mewtwo's. The characters that do not return: Pichu, Roy, Dr. Mario, Mewtwo, and Young Link (unless you consider Toon Link to be Young Link). |

Port Town Aero Drive was announced today. The stage functions just like Mute City in Melee except that the main platform will sometimes seperate into two different platforms. It is not indicated how you can unlock this stage however. ____________________ |
