On Screen Appearances
As the match begins, the characters enter the screen with signature moves! 
This is almost exactly what I said they needed in the past. I just hope there is better screen transitions than Melee had. EDIT: That pipe really could have looked better. I am not getting the feeling of metal from it. |

I always just assumed they were plastic as well, I mean not like regular Pipes are metal anymore are they? aren't they Plastic unless they're made of PCB but even then that's not much of a metal is it? (eh I don't know I didn't pay attention in Chemistry when we went over PCB pipes...) ____________________ Why are you reading this? My post is up there^ |

I always assumed the pipes were in fact made of copper which went through oxidization by exposure to water, oxygen, and CO2 turning them green. Much like the pennies that you see in the streets. Another reseon I think it is copper is the valves seen in Mario Bros. From what I know, (the globe valve is typically made for metallic pipes) is that PVC plastic cannot hold back pressure like metal can.
Approval of PVC plastic in plumbing (in America, I cannot say when it was done in japan): 1982 Mario Bros: 1983 Although PVC was approved to be used in plumbing a year ahead of Mario Bros, I would imagine people were not jumping into changing their plumbing. --- Do I think Nintendo even thought of it before? Nah. The substance is unknown and can be made of anything one can imagine. No-one is wrong here, I am just backing up why I may think the pipe is made of metal. |

Well, I'm not sure where to provide the proof as I heard it through the grape vine, I'm sure some other site has some sort of information, but better wait till the official site announces it.
