well everyone, bask in Zelda's glory, the question is, will there be a Sheik? or are we going full Twilight Princess here? How sad, that duo was my number one player in Melee, as was Link in the original Smash bros before they made his bombs weaker in the second one.

Zelda has... darker hair than usual, it seems. Isn't she usually kinda orangey-haired?

Yea Link is also not blonde in TP. I'm not sure if they should have Sheik or if they would. They can either put her in to keep things good and continuous or they might want to stick to the games these models come from. I'd really like to see more movesets as well; it's also kind of a pain that they don't release all the character data together.(basic info, moveset, final smash) How much data can they divulge in this format before the release? |

Link had a Brownish-Blond hair color in TP, and Zelda had a Blondish-Brown hair color in TP.. They essentially just lightened Link's hair and darkened Zelda's hair in Brawl a bit. Both Link and Zelda have gone from brown to blond and back several times over the years, so this isn't too much of a surprise.. (And it does give her character a bit of a badass old school feeling on top of things.)
Besides, I'd be more surprised than anything if she didn't have an alternate color scheme where her dress is pink and her hair is blond. As far as Sheik goes though, I dunno.. Sheik only appeared in one game - OoT - and her role as Sheik was relatively minor in that game to begin with.. I can easily see it being removed in order to give Zelda a better overall (and more consistent with the TP design) moveset. Maybe Sheik could make a comeback as a separate character though.. perhaps similar to Zero Suit Samus, assuming ZS Samus is even a separate character. (And if she isn't, I suppose that does leave some extra hope for Sheik's return in Zelda's moveset.) |

Really badly. It's just not the same without hack-slash-stabbity-chop-chop. I guess I can always fall back to Metaknight or someone. If he doesn't suck. |

I am seeing her final smash as the TP attack of hers where she leaves the ground with a deadly image of the triforce.
Also wonder if her golden arrows will come into play. (but that would mean 3 characters with arrows) |

Zelda is great and all that, but I'm seriously waiting for Kamek to appear. That would be kick-awesome.
Was Shiek even in TP? If not, what are they going to do for her? I mean, it seems now they've been using only the TP models for LoZ characters... If they insert a way to become Wolf Link, that would be awesome. 'nuff said. |

Hmm... I just realized something... Since they didn't exactly specify what moves everyone will have... (except Fox's and some of Pit's) doesn't that leave the others up for change?
Personally a Special Down change from Bomb to Wolf would rock... Although I couldn't think of anything that would be the Wolf's special attacks except for a few fighting moves. Edit: Someone tell me why Mario's Final Smash Confirmed wasn't on this topic?
