Hard to decide but I haven't done much this year because I'm still on a project and I have to work.

Bascially, I think Kuja Killer might be a good one since I secretly look at his Megaman 3 hack screenshots with the bospider boss and his YouTube video involving the MMC5 scrolling.

infidelity, hosted a BETA version of Megaman Ultra 2. Totally good beta for starters.

Panophobia also made a BETA version of Megaman 4ever. Very intense.

I kinda wish I could vote for people outside of Board 2 but the author of Rockman DEM (Misty) would be my vote. Misty is a better coder than anyone else so Misty would be my choice. Plus with Rockman Mindroar demo and Rockman 2 Endless hacks I play really ticked me into Megaman Showdown 2.
