I do not envy you... however, I've never in my life been constipated. Ever. I don't know what it's like, and will consider your experience the closest I've ever come to being constipated. I hope it stays this way... Chicken broth for lunch doesn't sound very appetising.

She's not sick, Weegee. She's gotta do a colonoscopy in order to check if she's got a disease, or something. Basically, it means cleaning out the colon of all the shit in it (literally, I would guess), and then shoving a camera up her ass and taking pictures. It can't be fun.

They give you some kind of medicine to clean out the tubes. It will make her shit brown water for hours. NOT FUN NOT FUN.

Unless, of course, she really IS sick, whoopsidoodles.
