Big fan of TF2 and Left 4 Dead, but I'm stuck without playing either* for the moment because my connection here at school sucks, so I'm afraid to get in a game because I tend to lag out and piss off my teammates. But in December when I graduate, I'll be living at home for the near future, and the connection is better there. So, maybe count me in at that point...would be fun to play with folks from here.
*I was having a lot of fun with the single-player L4D demo, but when the game proper was released, the demo became unavailable...and I don't want to spend money on the full game until I know I'll be able to play online - i.e. next month. |

Posted by Silvershield yeahh, it's much more awesome online. plus the price is already going down, it'll be worth the wait. I dig left 4 dead but I don't see how it's the infinitely replayable experience the developers keep touting, unless they bring on some updates I can see everyone drifting back to tf2 in a few months.. |

I did during the release of Counter-strike source. Since last year I have declared to myself that Steam has really lost its edge. Perhaps I am wrong... perhaps I really need to purchase the orange box. |

Valve needs to get around releasing the SDK for L4D, so we can see the awesome custom levels already. There's this one big mall level that people are making.
I made this video a few weeks ago, me showcasing the witch glitch. Valve fixed it last week or so. Right now I'm mostly playing L4D, but I'm still a heavy player of TF2 (and is infact, playing more of it now that I played L4D to death in the past weeks). My PC is shit for playing modern games, so I guess I have the confession that I'll be playing orange box and l4d on my Xbox 360, heh. Valve intentionally disables keyboard+mouse support on their Xbox versions too, even though that some other games on the system support it. |
