This isn't a programming problem guys.
When I use a program created in Visual Basic that has images with transparency in them, this happens. 
Now, this isn't a problem with SMILE mind you, as it happens with the programs I make for school in VB as well. (only it's not green, it's white) It doesn't appear to happen with other programs either Could I be missing a driver or something? ____________________ |

Is that Windows 98 or so? Anything before 2000/XP doesn't have proper transparent image support. |

It's Vista. And this problem wasn't happening before I had to bring it in to get the C drive replaced, tehy restored it to factory defaults too. ____________________ |

Hm, weird. As it is, it's almost as if it's drawing the transparent images inversely. Sorry, no idea why it'd be doing that. |

You could try reinstalling Windows clean. |
