This isn't a programming problem guys.

When I use a program created in Visual Basic that has images with transparency in them, this happens.



Now, this isn't a problem with SMILE mind you, as it happens with the programs I make for school in VB as well. (only it's not green, it's white)

It doesn't appear to happen with other programs either

Could I be missing a driver or something?

Is that Windows 98 or so? Anything before 2000/XP doesn't have proper transparent image support.

It's Vista. And this problem wasn't happening before I had to bring it in to get the C drive replaced, tehy restored it to factory defaults too.

Hm, weird. As it is, it's almost as if it's drawing the transparent images inversely. Sorry, no idea why it'd be doing that.

You could try reinstalling Windows clean.
