OKay, i put the addmusic folder in the windows system folder in order for add music revxx to work.

..okay, first off, you should NEVER put ANYTHING in /Windows/. NEVER!

Second, where are the .txt files?

The .txt files are in their correct folders.
For example: Bean bean Outskirts.txt is in the level folder

Oh and some custom music (cust mus. guide for smwcentral.net) tut
said to put the folder in windows system folder.

Stick Addmusic, all the files that came with it, the SMW ROM you are using, and copy Command Prompt (cmd.exe) from C: /windows/system 32 into the same directory (folder)

Poorly worded. It means put those files into the folder for the SMW rom, not /system32/
