HAY U GUYZ I BEET THE INTARNET

English translation - I finished that workout I linked to upthread. My new goal is finishing the more difficult Workout B, which has the same structure and more reps. That's going to take a while.

So far, my bicept girth is about 12.5" and my forearm girth is about 12". Eh, I'm trying to make myself look less like a walking tree. Most of my growth went into my height.

*sigh*

I need a training bicycle. It seems to be the only way of me training, probably becuse I can keep stats with it. It's more fun when you can actually see progress, even fi it's small.

I prefer knowing that I bicycled a fictional 30 KM than "I bicycled for a hour."

Oh yeah, I like being able to watch TV while doing it. << Exercise tends to bore me, but if I can keep myself busy with something else...

I do absolutely nothing and I'm skinny. Although I'm not sure if going up and down some stairs counts as exercise .

Lol, now I'm thinking of some skinny teenage kid running up and down the stairs one step at a time with the GreenGreens song in the background.

Not-so-fast metabolism + minimal exercise = 160 lbs at age 14. Yeah, I'm not exactly "fit"... But I'm not exactly "large" either. I can manage to run a mile at about 9 minutes. Fastest time was 8:55. I also can apparently do about 22 push-ups. Our P.E. class average is about 10-20. One kid could only do one.

We have an exercise bicycle and treadmill, but I don't take advantage of them.

The most exercise I get is at school. We're in a basketball unit in P.E., and because one of my teammates does nothing, and the other isn't that great, I have to do most of the work. I'm also not that good... I'm pretty good at handling the ball, but shooting is just hell. Things used to be the other way around last year. I still sweat like a pig, though. I even sweat during our warm-up, which is about 2 minutes on legs, 1 minute on arms, 12 push-ups, and 25 crunches. Despite sweating at this, I'm nowhere near being tired.

If there were a sudden famine, I'd last for awhile.

Since I have asthma, I don't do much aerobic exercise. This year has been rather awful, otherwise I'd probably be doing swimming or something. But at the moment, there are courses I need to study for.
