There should totally be a search function for it. I'd rather not wade for someone through a massive list. I'd be nice if I could search "blackhole" and get all the members who's names include "blackhole" in them.

But yeah, I agree. A search feature would be incredibly useful, I hate having to take a guess at what page is going to contain the name of the user I'm looking for, and even then not finding it.
