Thanks to coding help from Kawa, I got an improved version of my old ProtoBoard post layout here. I still have to upload an avatar though.
It would be nice if we could also have minipics here, like there were on Protoboard (small icons in front of someone's name), is that possible? |

Posted by instrince I wish you had been more specific than that. Nobody on ProtoBoard ever complained. Anyway, I asked some people what you could mean, and they said the frame borders might be too bright and trippy. So I will change that now to a less bright frame in Commodore 64 colours. |

I don't see the point of the following features:
- Online Users (this kills privacy) - Calendar (what computer nowadays does not have a calendar??) - Active Users (this will just cause spam) - Latest posts (as if one can't simply look at the forums and check for new posts) - Stats (it's dangerous to have users know the exact space the board is using on the db. Also it's unprofessional) - Uploader (this is a message board for christ's sake, no need for an uploader) Those are just from the top links. I believe the quote post feature is kinda useless too, since we can simply type it all up or just copy & paste. I hereby ask those useless features removed, and have the board2 system be a message board system that has ONLY post features, since this is what makes a message board. EDIT: Please maintain the RPG system, seeing as, an useless shop system is way more useful than, pftt, "mini-pictures"! |

Posted by knuck I am using the quote feature now, I find it quite handy. I find the RPG system useless. If the Online Users feature is removed then this will cause the minipics to be useless as well. |
