So how I can fix this? I lready tryed to re-install firefox, but it didnt help..

Windows xp sp2 (too lazy to install sp3..) on celereon 1700mhz, 1gb ram etc

I sincerely hope the missing history buttons are just a glitch at Lego's part. No self-respecting browser should hide them by default. It'd be... like it's not a browser, knowatisayin'?
