Here winter is like 0. Seriously, 70 is amazing.

I suppose the real difference is consistency. It's 35-40 degrees for just about every day outside the summer months. At least from what we're used to, 70 is hot.

Here, winter is around 70, and summer is usually around the same.

I prefer around 80, 40~50,or -10 with hot chocolate--all Fahrenheit, mind you.
