The background seems a little dull, and the concept of invisible blocks won't fly with most people unless there is some way of telling where they are. From what can be seen of the level design, it's rather sparse.

The pipe in the first screenshot isn't integrating with the ground tiles properly.
Invisible blocks aren't exactly a good gameplay element except in a handful of very special cases, plain beach levels with no story but "hey, there are invisible blocks around here" not being one of them.
Other than that, it still does somewhat bland for various reasons, like what Xeruss said.

Still, I see no signs of outright stupidity in here, so it might have potential if you put a lot more work into it. Keep it up.

But go ahead and close this for now, please. The rom's giving me trouble anyways. Besides, I actaully do have another level done, but I need to fix my rom's problems first.

You might want to say what kind of ROM problems you have.

Might be solved by extracting the level and reinserting it on a fresh SMW rom.

It's Mario. Trees don't have eyes, either, last I knew. Anyway, I like the screenshots. Decent looking but not too flashy but they are a bit bland. If you must have a lot of empty space somewhere, put some coins or some ornamental thing in there.
