I just started getting into Anime, so I don't know much of what's out there.
Inuyasha Ranma½ Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind Howl's Moving Castle I did see Evangelion, but there was too much screaming and "Wah, I'm depressed all the time, no one likes me". It made me depressed.  |

Posted by Nyletak I liked a lot of those but unfortunately they were taken off the air and I can't find DVDs of them anywhere. I would buy them online but then I have to pay shipping and in the end one DVD will cost $40. As for manga, there is a store that has shelves full of them but they're to expensive. |

Angel's Egg - Great and artistic surrealistic anime about a girl and her egg. Berserk - Although not nearly as good as the manga, Gatt's story of his past is indeed a good story of friendship, war, love, and betrayal. Cromartie High School - Great sense of humor. A good adaptation of the manga. Fist of the North Star - My ABSOLUTE favorite anime in existence. Although violent, the story and characters are what makes this series famous in japan even to this day 20 years after creation. Vampire Hunter D - The second anime that I have ever seen. It was just the impact of a new style of animation that was unknown to me is what makes me like it. |

Can't say the series is cheap though. Your best bet is to get an import collection. Just as a warning. The beginning of the series starts slow with many episodes that were not in the manga. Also the movie does not live up to the series and the english dub makes it just that much worst (they took the plotline out pretty much). |

Mine, is incredibly random. I'm not too big on reading manga's and stuff, even though I want to be, and I need to finish a few series.
Manga: - Kenshin 9, 10 (the rest before that I borrowed from a friend). - Blame! 1 - Suikoden III 1 - That's ... it!
