Question Can you add two IPS Patches to the same SMW ROM and if so how can it work cus I tryed it but it didn't work? can someone tell me

Naturally, you can, but it's unlikely the result will be sensible unless the two patches have specifically been designed in a way to work (either by not interfering with each other's modified data or working incrementally). Keep in mind an IPS patch essentially just contains information along the lines of "change byte at location x to value y, change byte at location z to value w" etc.

In other news, this question is pointless and you could have easily found out the information you desire on your own with just a bit of thinking.
