Oh man. I don´t have anything green on me yet. I don´t have any liquor but I´ll probably get some green juice today.

It's not St. Patricks Day anymore where I am, though I did wear a green shirt on that day. :O

I could give you several arguments as to why you are wrong, but I don't feel like being a smartass today.

I'll just say that I don't like St. Patty's day all too much, either.

I had a Jamaican shirt with the colors of Jamaica on the inside but it still had green. Does that count?

Americans seem to make a bigger deal about St Patrick's Day than us Irish.

Saint Patrick's Day wasn't actually on monday this year, by decree of the pope, as that would mean it would be on the same day as the monday before easter, which is also a holiday. Since it's a Catholic holiday, that's technically within his power. This year, Saint Patrick's Day is on March 22.

Same. I just think the whole wear green or get pinched thing is dumb. The other factors, however, are a different story.

Well once you become an adult, people can't actually do that 'cause it's pretty illegal and you could sue them, so it really becomes more of "wear green or get called a jerk".

I'm Irish and participate.

And St. Patrick's day isn't about wearing green and getting pinched, it's about going out, drinking Guinness, Killian's, Harp, Smithwick's, and every other Irish Beer on the planet, along with Irish Car Bombs if you have the balls to do so. Add a little corned beef and then you're set, the wearing green thing is just so kid's have something to do on this rather "adult" holiday.

The only thing that was green on me during St. Patrick's was my liver this year. Then again, my city celebrates it on the weekend before, so I didn't really do anything on the real holiday.

Heh, catholic holiday. The only guy I met in Sweden who cared about that holiday was some Catholic, and most people in Sweden are Lutheran.

You forgot Jameson, or Tullamore Dew, or the other Irish whiskeys.

Last night my little brother, THE BEASTMASTER, as we now refer to him, bare-handed rid Keal Manor of snakes.

March 30th is now to be forever known as Saint StormyD's day!

(My brother's screen name)

Yes, it was a wild bull snake that somehow ended up in our kitchen, and no he did not get bitten, however he did get peed on.
