I wish I had a copy of the ultra-rare Tengen version of Tetris...
But then again, I have the ROM of Tengen Tetris, better than the official Nintendo version |

Actually after looking over that list again, now I have to add Joe & Mac, The Little Mermaid, and Yoshi's Cookie to my list. |

Dayum. When my parents owned a pawn shop like ten years ago, we were totally unable to sell the one Tengen Tetris we had lol. I have no idea where it could be now. |

Yoshi's Cookie was rare?
I wish I still had a copy of some of the more obscure SNES games I had, like Cool Spot. |

I'm pretty sure these are considered rare, I got them from the small local video store when I was little along with a couple Super Scopes.
Super Scope 6 Yoshi's Safari I did just read on the Wiki of Yoshi's Safari that the Super Scope and these 2 games weren't commercially successful. Are these games rare? |

Yoshi's Safari might be. Super Scope 6 came with every Super Scope released so odds are it's uncommon at best.
we were totally unable to sell the one Tengen Tetris we had You didn't try hard enough, that should have been an easy sale especially to a collector. |

Are there any lists like these for SNES/Genesis games? I'd be interested in seeing hour our finds fare. |

My rare game is Super Mario Bros. God, I cherish that game every waking hour, dust it everyday, and think to myself how much value it has.
Oh, I have Mickey Mania and Actraiser too, but we all know they're so common. Uh huh ____________________ Want custom overworld music in your SMW hack? Download this. Don't forget to RTFM. |

I just bought Dragon Warrior VII at my local game store. I searched for rare Playstation games, and it WAS on the list! Cool!!
Except it said "only if sealed". WHATEVER! It is in near perfect condition, which I was suprised about! |

Posted by Caos Just found one for SNES games. And this one has estimated prices too. Rarest one I have on here is Super Mario RPG, which is not rare just uncommon, but apparently can still fetch $30-80 which is better than all my other games which are worth about $3. Also found a gameboy list, but it's pretty incomplete. I'm looking for a genesis list now. |

Only one real "rare" game (compared to many other people), but I am very proud of having it!
Very low quality, due to crappy cell phone camera (and no digital one): Rudra's Secret Treasure! I'd like to have the TGM3: TI cabinet (or even the ROM for MAME some day; though my machine won't be able to meet the probably very beefy requirements for emulating Taito's Type-X hardware), but since I neither live in Japan nor have the money/way to import one, this won't be the way. But ... surviving Shirase mode for more than a mere few seconds might be more than impossible for me anyway |

A TGM3 ROM would be nice if they actually got TGM working at a halfway decent rate to begin with.
That's why you buy TGM Ace on the 360. |

As for TGM1, Hiryuu, load it with Zinc. It uses up less resources and fixes the annoying sound problem in TGM1 with MAME, where that siren (when you stack up your blocks too high) doesn't turn off after clearing the situation - heh, you need to reset the game to make it going away ).
TGM2+ eats up a lot of RAM (as MAME does anyway), but I think it doesn't require too much CPU power. I usually don't like Tetris at all ... but the TGM series is ... that nicely tweaked, the speed and rotation/landing systems are that great ... Don't make it past S1 grade in TGM1 and TGM2 I got to rank 2 and maybe level 623 once (20G mode starts in both games at 500). But usually I already die at level 300-450 in TGM2+. |

My friend has some old NES games he just got from his brother. He said he has two Legend of Zeldas--one gold cart and gray cart. Also, something called Fester's Quest and some others I can't remember () I'm betting one of those LoZ's is rarer than the other. ____________________ |
