Actually I'm not 100% sure this block is even possible. I know its been requested many times but IIRC the bob-omb explosion sprite isn't something that interacts with blocks in any way shape or form. It's theoretically possible to do something like this with a sprite (I made a custom sprite that was only killable by the explosions) but even that would be extremely limiting. You can only have 11 sprites onscreen at maximum, so there would have to be very few of those "blocks" anywhere for it to still work out (I'd originally planned for bomb dropping albatosses and a floor made out of this kind of block... not happening).
So yes, please from now on post in the request topic for your block requests, and I'm afraid I wouldn't expect to see this block anytime soon. |

well I'll be the first to admit that this isn't anywhere near what the poster is looking for, but it MIGHT be able to help you a little boingboingsplat. Its not solid or impassible but its immune to everything except bob-omb explosions (and possibly stars, need to double-check that). I made this while trying to make a custom boss but couldn't get HP setup for it, and frankly it was just pulling bits of code from different sprites without really knowing how it worked. Regardless... see if this helps
