I've gotten used to the XP theme, so anything else feels awkward The Vista Aero theme is pretty good though. I never liked the 98 theme, I don't remember ever having 98 It was 2000 for a long time before that, then XP

The Windowses I've used in order are:
3.1 -> 95 -> 98 -> XP

I still like some things about 3.1, like the "copy" feature in File Manager that let you type the destination directory instead of having to navigate to it, and I prefer Program Manager-like icons in folders to the Start menu even now. (I keep folders full of icons on my desktop in XP)

I've used only Windows 95 for roughly 7-8 years (1995-2002/03 or so), and then I miraculously got a new computer with XP. I've been using the same computer since then, and it hasn't failed me yet.

I use the Media Center theme... Mostly because it's shiny (yay). I also have the Vista (4 versions of it, all beta) and Zune themes stashed on here, although I don't use them that much anymore. I also have Glass2k, which allows custom transparency in windows, the taskbar, etc. I don't use that anymore, as well.

I've barely got XP up and running on January 2nd, 2007. For nearly six years before that, I was using Windows Me the whole time.

I got a Windows XP computer by giving up my only chance of getting a Wii for a long time. Personally, I thought that was a great idea because I use my computer a lot more than my video game systems. What do you people think?

I try to disable as much eye candy as possible in XP. It's harder to do in Vista or OS X though

I wonder what eye candy would taste like.

Well, jamming candy into your eyeballs would not excite the taste buds and may cause lasting damage to your vision, so I can't recommend it.

I think they should have something called "Eye Candy" that is candy shaped like eyeballs. It'd be hilarious.
