Heh, I forgot the requirements for being able to use the uploader.

I forgot about there being limits in place, but I guess it was to prevent upload spamming from newly registered accounts.

Maybe he just always uses it so it's a habit and he never has to worry about it? Because that's why I use XHTML everywhere...
