there should be a forum created for people aged 14 and under so all of these smwcentral refugees can be confined in one spot. you could also just redefine Spatula for this purpose.

Like some kind of antithesis to those old "****'s Corner" forums where you were supposed to talk about mature topics.

All fun and games aside, I don't think that would be such a good idea. Just consider Treeki or CyclopsCaveman; they both are around 12 or 13. On the other hand, jargon supposedly was 20something. Age is not a reliable criterium.
As soon as the pointing and laughing gets old, some bans might be in place to help post quality...
