Well, I know that by redownloading BlockTool, the problem is fixed.

However, that's not the question. My question is why it appears in the first place, and why it appears after putting in custom blocks (At least for me).

means either there's a typoed block name in the database, you forgot to open the ROM first, or blocktool doesn't like your ROM.

I've never seen the third option happen before, though.

Hmmm...

Well, occasionally, when I put in a custom block, and try to save, it says "Can't open file."

Trying to save the file again will make the I/0 error.

To the best of my knowledge that error only happens if you forgot to open/reopen the ROM.

Make sure the specified file name is spelled correctly, and that it has .bin at the end of it.

And if you get an I/O error, you have to restart blocktool to do anything

Which does really suck, but I was wondering why it appears in the first place, and why usually after I put in custom blocks sometimes.
