Do you mean 100 posts into THIS topic, or another topic?
Seeing as I never really said anything about another topic, you'd think it was 100 posts deep in *this* topic. Do me a favor, before going through the trouble to post to ask a question like this, go actually *look* for it and answer the question yourself.

I already smell a wave of n00bz on the rise... I only hope to get admin'd before then...

My point: Keep the IQ level up above 80 in here, please.

Yeah KP, major fucking over reaction. Learn to fucking deal with a problem. Not everyone has your superior God like knowledge of the exact location of any post in this thread.

Elementalpowerstar: KP9000 does not represent the opinions and thoughts of board2.

My thoughts exactly.

On another note...this editor looks great. Can't wait for the release, Omega.

Yet, I'm staff? Look, guys, all I was asking for was to keep your brains out of your pockets. If you don't like it, don't post here. End of story.

Everyone back to the thread, now.

There is currently no public release of the editor since the accompanying hack has not been completed. The application will come out when the hack is finished.

I forgot to notice that...

Hmmm....

As a fellow hacker, and with experience in creating games, I'd say, Lazy Shell may be out in either an extra 2-3 weeks/2 months. Omega and Gian want this thing to be PERFECT, and I am willing to wait for it to be perfected.

To Omega/Gian: I hope you realize that, upon releasing this, you guys will forever be proclaimed hacking heroes. Seriously. Build your hype. The reception will be enormous.

But, it's not going to be a full fledged hack, he said:

Posted by Omega45889
We wanted to have a hack that demonstrates the editors ability to accompany the release of Lazy Shell. The hack will probably be 30-60min in length depending on how deep you dig. Its not supposed to be a full length hack, but it should be fun. It will be available to download on Cirrus for release.

Also, since I believe giangurgolo is already at work on the hack, unless the levels and sprites shown in Lazy Shell Hack in Progress by giangurgolo (He posted some 15 pages back, I don't know) is unused, and this was released one month before this post, somewhere around that. And due to it's length, you may be correct, unless he worked on it a while, and I don't know his accuracy, frequency, length of session, and difficulty, so clarification is asked, but not required.

I understand that perfection of a ROM editor is vital; If you do something wrong that's the editor's fault, something usually goes haywire, and your graphics are just garbage layers. (I would know from Lunar Magic.)

Speaking of Lunar Magic, is there anything similar in Lazy Shell/Super Modify RPG that I already know that might help me, other than it takes a long period of time to create a good level?

At Sagittaire: I was unaware if you were aware of the hack's length.

I'm staff too and I feel you overreacted.

This may rejuvenate my want to hack after all. The editor is looking a lot smoother than before, and I always wanted to try my hand at RPG hacking. Keep it up guys.

I'm, sadly, going to have to agree with DIGIMON EMPEROR on this one: The editor's deadline was supposed to be "Begining of 2008" at first. And now, "the end of 2008." And I'm trying to work with you and be as positive as possible, but I think I can wait to download the hack from Cirrus.

You can finish it and release on the server later, or completely restrict use of the server until it's release, I don't generally care. As a new year's gift to the world, Lazy Shell will be said gift.

Then again, you can always release whenever you want to, but a headstart on projects would be great.

Would both of you be quiet? This is their project and they can do whatever they want with it, even choose to keep it private if they wanted to. (I would be sad but...) Your complaining has no effect on their choice what-so-ever, except to maybe get really annoyed.

If you had been paying any attention to the thread at all, you would of noticed that they are still working on the hack that comes with the editor. A hack that has pre-fixed god knows how many bugs. It will also boost the popularity of the editor, as what better way to advertise than an awesome hack.

So, please don't keep nagging at them just because you want the editor, more people than you are waiting, and we don't "NAG nagNAG".

Sorry to the admins if this is considered flaming, but posts like these have really bugged me, ever since the beginning of romhacking.

To Omega45889 and giangurgolo nice work and keep it up, try not to be too bothered by the people who nag.

Oh my God, shut the hell up. It was a joke post. You are not some justice harbinger of the internet, don't act like one. And Omeganumbers + co already have enough fans, you saying thanks isn't going to give them boners and make them suddenly release Lazy Shell. Go back to your hole, you horrible little person.
