I've been working on this SMW hack for about a month by now... Lately the work has been rather slow, but that's because of my lack of ideas.
Some people have already played it and I got good comments, but I wanna know how good is it before submitting something. I got a 2 world demo(9 levels).

Screenshots:

Oh, and I got a userbar for it!
Please support my hack. <img src=img/smilies/biggrin.gif align=absmiddle border=0>

Here's the code:

Download the hack Here!
The demo ends at "Grape Ocean".
I hope you like it!

Thanks for playing the demo, for your feedback and for support.

Having played through this, I liked it a lot. Needless to say, the graphics (did you do all those by yourself?) are freaking sweet, and I like your level designs.

A number of problems I encountered on the way are sprite slowdowns (especially in the earlier levels with the volcano flowers... never liked those to begin with ) and the usage of the castle tileset for the first inside part of the ghost house level appearing a bit out of place to me (also, I think it could use a distinct from the castle BGM...). Also, you forgot to render the not-yet-revealed overworld paths impassable.

Keep up the good work.

Oh, thanks for your feedback.

BTW, I made the non-revealed paths passable so you could skip some levels, just in case.

The graphics from GBA Kirby games where ripped by me, except for the beach, and the underwater tileset. And the ones on the second part of the Ghost House are kinda custom.

PROS:
Good graphics.
Good music.
OK level design in most places.

CONS:
Some levels in places seemed a bit boring, like the Spooky House, and the first half of Carrot Plateau.
Levels are too far apart on the OW.

From what I'm seeing I like it.

I'm downloading the demo now, will test it, and edit this post with my feed back.
