Sounds, surprisingly, are in MP3's and WAV's, so I can easily access them.

The hard part is, sections of sentences are usually separated into separate files for some unknown reason. For example, Dr. Breen's first Breencast file starts off with only "Welcome, welcome to City 17".

Judging from some closed-caption errors in the console, I'd say that's because you can only associate one 'dialog' of captioning with a given sound effect - thus, multiple files / one per dialog of... dialog,.

I like the dialog system used in later games such as TF2 or L4D. L4D even pulls of some small conversations between the charcthers after a certain event had happened, and there's enough variations of it.

...with the exception of the "I hate vans" line Francis always seem to mutter on the fifth stage of Death toll.

No. I've tasted beer (LOLOLOL 8 YEARS BEFORE I'M LEGALLY ALLOWED) in a very small quantity, and it is godawful. It's a bitter swathe of yeast and god knows what.

I regulary drink beer (Tennants to be exact), or I sometimes drink vodka with coke, it really depends which I find first.

I used to go out to the park to drink with some friends, but now I just stay at home since it's easier and less chance of the police finding you doing it.
