1 cup butter (or mardegarine)
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
4 cups oatmeal flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Place in generous mounds on ungreased baking sheet or in cupcake molds.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Suggestions

Replace 1/2 cup of butter with peanut butter.
Add chocolate chips to the mix.
