Except IE doesn't support half the stuff needed for the better themes for the board to render properly...

Like how it can't load a background-image without a background-color thus ruining transparency? Aye.

So yeah, last exam today, Database Fundamentals; should be pretty easy, especially considering I coded a message board before I started taking the class

Is the exam on a computer or in paper?

Today I received a phone call from my school saying that I qualify for the "TOPS" Program, which pays for all your college expenses. I was jumping around all day today and now I am totally wasted (I cant figure out how I am able to type this!)

I wasn't planning on taking college courses, but if they pay for me to go to college.. well then fuck, might as well go!

... then I started thinking... I "qualify" for TOPS but they never said I'd get the money. I think once I reach my senior year if I am able to reach a certain grade point average I will then be able to get the money for college.

I hope there is a multimedia college somewhere in Louisiana

I live in Sweden, so only pay for the student union and literature in university.

...not very much money I have to spend in other words. Especially considering I tend to skip literature with some courses.

Yep, and I'll have $40,000+ in loans to prove it. Let's just hope I can find a job that will pay them off for me.

The days of free higher education are pretty much over here too, now that all universities introduced studying fees with the considerable prospect of rises in the future... though, I guess, it's nowhere near the US price level here yet (costs per semester range from some $400 to ~$1500)...

One semester at the university costs over $9000 USD. Tack living onto that, and it's easily 20k/year at a public university, and UCSD at that. I've heard living in Berkeley is even pricier. =\

You should give it a try at least. I did when it was still called Phoenix.

And with a try, I don't mean "using it for five minutes and give up because it's different".

You wanna know what is so wrong with IE?

It's got so many security holes twice the size of Lake Erie.
