So I just stumbled upon this a couple of days ago. It's a front end for many emulators that is set up to be a full 3D virtual arcade. You can walk around, go up to the cabinet or console for the game you want to play, and then play it in MAME or another emu. Here's some screens of the arcade I set up for myself:

Polybius is not a real game... therefore the joke.

No, you have to supply your own image for the picture on the screen. So I made one for Polybius with a mock-up of the title screen and made an out of order sign |
