I was browsing Youtube when i found this!

It's a JAP SMB Rom with so many traps it unbearable.

But how come we never heard of it?

If what was downloadable on the first link was a hack, it isn't now anymore.

However, what you found was, in fact, something I've been looking for for a while. (A youtube of it can be found here)

It's a standalone game obviously based on SMB, but stuffed with 2ch memes and SJIS art characters and, yeah, that "traps" element. A must-play, I'd say; however, to get it to run on a non-Japanese Windows, you'll likely require AppLocale.

Credits also go out to Drag for linking me to the youtubes of this some weeks ago.

As this isn't a ROM hack, this doesn't really fit in this section... I'll move it to General Chat for now and leave it to the other fullmods or admins to find a better-suited location if they can track one down.

I managed to beat the game, even though I had -200 lives by the end of it. Some of the puzzles can really make you scratch your head, especially the one at the end of the last castle. Surprisingly, I actually enjoyed the game. It deserves an 8.8/10.

EDIT: I beat it again, and managed to only die 100 times!

EDIT: Only 20 deaths!

EDIT: Only 9 deaths. I'm getting better!

EDIT: New record: 3 deaths.

I figured out the ending puzzle before I died from getting it wrong. It just seemed inherently obvious to me.

Also, this game really isn't hard once you know what you're doing. It's just a pattern memorization game, and not really that good of one...
