This is a beta test, I need people to help me find all the bugs. Don't reply until you played all four of the levels. I know the overworld events are screwed up, but you can still play four levels.

http://www.sendspace.com/file/egutxz have fun, and remember, this is really, REALLY hard!

You have very low chances to get anyone to comment on, let alone play, your hack if you don't provide screenshots.

This is a really really good hack. I didn't find any bugs, and I don't think you should make any more changes to it.

blackhole89, I need someone to test it before I OFFICIALLY release it. When I officially release it, then i'll post screenshots.

ArBeWhat, glad you like it, but there are some bugs I already told you about like the overworld one, and did I mention the background glitch in level 2? I need people to help me find others so I can fix them so there wont be bugs later on.

ArBeWhat, your attempts at sarcasm fail miserably. Please kindly stfu and actually TRY the hack before you comment.

It is considered a bad breach of etiquette at worst and a sign of noobishness at best to demand people to test your hack without providing at least one screenshot... with the vast amount of bad hacks out there, nobody feels like cluttering their HDs with something they have no evidence of being good whatsoever produced by somebody they don't know.

Ok I'll post some screenshots in a few minutes.

Cirvante, what is wrong with the hack?

From looking at your first level, your hack is not "hard" in any other way than stamping two hundred paper forms or completely solving a first grade maths book is. There is no challenging, "constructive" complexity; instead, your "hardness" stems from repeatedly forcing the player to perform a boring, not hard per se but linked to a certain chance of failure task.

Reconsider your concept all the way.

Ok, let's stop joking around and be serious here. This hack is bad. Very, very bad.

Level 1:
Jumping from tiny block to tiny block does not a fun time make. There's really nothing else to say.
Level 2:
You can run all the way up the wall and fall over the side. Otherwise, this is essentially a worse version of the first level. I didn't even bother trying to get past the second block.

I'm sure that if you tried really, really hard, you could come up with something much more fun and exciting than this. But what you have here is a boring, frustrating hack with no personality.

tl;dr Game Over, please try again.

Wow, first time I've tried a SMW hack in almost 6 months, and I find this. These are exactly the kind of hacks I hate, people claiming they are "Hard" when they are just frustrating, annoying, long, and impossible. HARD DOES NOT EQUAL FUN. This might be the new definition of what I mean by "HARD" hacks.

I played through it all for some reason...

Level 1: Jump on stones and make sure you don't die, wow, theres no enemies, you just jump and jump and jump and do the same thing over and over hundreds of times for the whole level.

Level 2: All you do is jump UP slippery cement blocks, I kept falling down to the start at the sixth - eight block. Then I used lunar magic to cheat to beat level 2, yeah I cheated, and in this scenario I don't give a fuck, who the hell would want to play through this whole level anyway? If you miss ONE block, you have to start over from the beginning. Plus, the background is glitched.

Level 3: all you do is fly while dodging flying Koopa's and hope you won't bump into them and get killed. There's no strategy regarding this, you just need to hope you don't bump into them. That's the whole level..

Level 4: Not really a level... its a bonus room where you can't exit. (The one where you go to when you get 100 stars). Either way, it wasn't altered from its original form, not your level.

The complete background of the underground part of the second level was the best part of the hack.

There's a diffrence between challange and frustation.

Needless to say, playing on a keyboard that only allows two keys being held down at the same time while doing precision jumps is really frustating.

...having to do precision hacks over a huge section is what I define as frustating as well.
