I downloaded YI flyguy with mushroom custom sprite and it says in sprite tool its a shooter. I inserted it into the game as a shooter but sometimes it does not appear or when I re-enter the screen I placed it on, it there but it does not move or even animate. So can you tell me what I am doing wrong or tell me how shooters work?

Use proper grammar and avoid '1337speak' and AOL speak (u/ur/y/ in place of words such as you/you're/why). It is a good way to gain respect.

Notice the conflict of interest here?

To partially attempt answering your question, the "does not appear" part isn't that unusual if you already have many sprites in proximity. SMW only can handle a certain amount of them at once and will just refrain from spawning excess ones. As for the other thing, I'll leave the answering attempts to those more proficient with sprtool...
