Seems I've been on two kicks lately. A Pete and Pete kick, and a posting in Modern Art kick. Anyways, I really loved all the music from this series so I decided that I was going to get all of the songs featured on the show so I could have a complete soundtrack. (The closest thing to a soundtrack released was a CD of the 12 songs Polaris recorded for the show.) So I figured I should make some album art too. So here it is.
I made a second one, but it's not as good. I mostly just made it as a joke. It's a parody of the Polaris CD cover. Instead of the constellations on the normal CD art, I replaced them with ones from the episode "Farewell My Little Viking" (Pegasus, and Artie the Strongest Man in the World) Now all I need to do is find the last three tracks I need to complete the complete soundtrack... |

Wow, it's the Artie constellation. A totally dead memory has just been resurrected here. |

Please tell me that means I'm not the only one that used to look for the Artie constellation as a kid... |

Um... you didn't happen to post about the three missing tracks on the Pete & Pete IMDB board yesterday, did you?
Edit: Just checked your profile--it is you! What a bizarre coincidence. I sent you the Syd Straw track an hour or two ago, by the way! ____________________ andrew sylvester dot com | retrogaming @ robot vaudeville |

In "Das Bus" there's a song by the 6ths (Falling out of love with you) and it sounds a lot like the Pixies or Built to Spill. |

That's actually the song that made me want to do this whole project. It's my favorite song from the show. It was the first song I got, the only thing that sucks is that the only version I could find was one where it is like extremely loud, but it's still pretty awesome, it just gives me a heart attack any time my iPod is on shuffle. |

What the--?! You don't find that as unusual as I do? Out of all the boards on the entire interenet, that--oh, whatever.
I have a not-so-loud version of the 6ths song, too, if you're interested. ____________________ andrew sylvester dot com | retrogaming @ robot vaudeville |

Actually it might be Flowers by Chug. It's the part when Pete's chucking all the kids off the bus. |
