I found a program yesterday that you can use to change stuff in Pokemon so I decided to make a hack. Ill probably get it done by tonight, youll have some new starters the three legendary birds and the maps will be different. Also Im going to sell Masterballs in the mart because this hack is going to be REALLY hard so you need lots of pokemon to win and you can go past level 100, when someone tells me how to do that because i dunno lol!

This doesn't look like a release to me, and even in the plain ROM hacking forum, just saying "I'm going to make ..." is frowned upon, because, as it used to say somewhere at some point (probably the old FAQ), you probably won't.
Make a thread when you actually have something to show. I'll close this and maneuver it over into trash after you've read this response. Thanks for your understanding.
