LOL @ the "terminator" ritual.
As for me, I set a two alarms on my watch, one for 7:20 and a second for 7:40. The second alarm is for in case I wake up and feel crappy from the first one, I can hope to get a good short rest and hopefully wake up in a more mentally orienting fashion. On a good day I'll go through a workout routine before hitting the shower. After a quick shower, I eat a bowl of cereal and whatever fruit or vegetable is lying around and then walk a good 15 minutes to school. |
