Actually, today was fucking long. I had 2 huge presentations to make, and I was tired and bored all day. Not hard to imagine since my 1st period teacher talks as if he's Ben fucking Stein.

Yesterday was a interesting day, I got blamed, along with the rest of the class for data intruding a network... xD

Although it was a Nazi network admin, and we were just following the teachers instructions and got in trouble.

Has today (2/25) felt unusually long for anyone else?

Oh, God, of course it did. I went on a trip to Long Island that day and spent 4 hours in a car + god knows how many hours in a hotel. It was more of an overnight business trip than a vacation

But, at least I saw a lot of interesting crap, including the Manhattan skyline and (but just barely, because it was a shitty day) the Statue of Liberty. I took a bunch of crappy pictures, but I'm not sure how many came out good (knowing me, probably none).

I might make a thread detailing the trip further, but there's not really much else to say. Maybe I'll throw my trip's pictures into a folder somewhere on the internet. I don't really know for sure yet, because I'm still tired as hell.

Oh, I know today will be a long day...the compressor for the a/c went our in my store. It won't be fix until sometime next week. My store is very tiny (less than 100 sq feet) and, well, its been hot and humid here, so...yea, I am dreading going to work right now....

Besides that, I had a friend's party, a wedding and everything else in between to deal with during this week.

Yesterday, I went to school, and then from school, I went to my first day of work at Claire's

Today, there's no school because of the ice/freezing rain, but I still have work today...

The only time my school is closed is when everything else in the whole county is closed. Probably because so many people live on campus. The "dorms" are pretty big, not just like a closet for 4 people but with a living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and each apt. has its own bathroom. Of course, they're grossly overpriced, noisy, trashy, and prone to petty crime such as laptop theft (especially since half the people never even CLOSE their doors, much less lock them). And they have moronic policies where they move everyone around every couple of semesters. And their maintenance policy shouldn't even be legal. If you ask for maintenance, and sometimes even if you don't and they have to do some random check or other, they just unlock your door and walk right into your apartment even if you're naked having sex on the couch or something. You can't ask for a specific time or even get any warning about it.

I'm so glad I'm out of that hellhole.

With no a/c in the store, a $20 dollar fan at the cash wrap and the front door open, we got the store up to 81 degrees yesterday.

One of the employees kept saying, "welcome to HotStop".

So I left there yesterday with a nasty headache and I fell asleep once I got home. I gotta go back in about an hour.

We're on page two and not a single one of you has said something to the effect of "long day is loooooooong".

I'm disappointed in every last one of you.

(And I haven't had a particularly long day in a while. But I most certainly have had a long week: namely, the one that just ended. Good riddance.)

Once again, I don't have work today, so I'll probably be spending most of today posting at Acmlm's

I will be going out to dinner tonight, too

I've been regurgitating splines sputum all day. So yes, a long, awful day awaits. And worse to come, I should think. It's like vomiting, but instead of one's stomach, it's one's lungs.

Ugh, I hate getting sick. Once when I was in 5th grade I was so sick that I was vomiting almost constantly for hours. I had to lock myself in the bathroom (good thing there were two of them).

I have vomited recently but only in isolated episodes, probably just some bad food...

If if makes you feel any better, it's not vomit, it's just sputum: yellow stuff from the lungs--well, mostly yellow :X.

I haven't really had any vomiting problems in recent times, the last bad time was probably when I was around 14...

Haha... home at 1:40 AM last night because I had to walk someone to the subway from work because the area apparently isn't safe. (Which might be the case if you walk through the PARK instead of staying on the street, and the park might shave 30 seconds off your walking time if that, so...)

Then I couldn't go to bed right away and I was up at 10 AM for church. And I had cramps during church and had to head straight to the bathroom when I came home. How fun. (Good thing: church is a 3-minute walk from home. The system works!)

Tomorrow will be short as sin. It always is when I get to talk to that special someone (perhaps).
