I'd like to see the attachments field return soon. I spent a good deal of time today searching for a decent file hosting site to put my hack demo on. The attachment field was so useful because you didn't have to put your fiole somewhere else. I hope it gets re-implemented soon.

That and EDIT.

how did you get custom titles before, anyways? i never got one. i like the way things are now anyways. it's not like having a custom title matters much.

You needed either 2000 posts or you needed to be registered for 200 days and have 1000 posts. I got mine through the 1000 posts method in the last board. It's nice we don't lose it at this board.

He put and image and the word "Arachne" into his custom title field, sort of like I did. It's not a real rank; you can put whatever you want there.

And Xk beats me to it.

Kind of, except you really shouldn't abuse it. Only use it for medium-small images (usually 100x100 at the most, if you have an avatar) and nothing annoying, or else.

Will there ever be restrictions of custom titles to staff members and people with X posts and Y days, like on the old board?

EDIT: I suggest you don't restrict custom titles until ranks are implemented.

Maybe people could choose between ranks and custom titles. That way people would be free to choose.
