Snes9x-rerecording
ZSNES (uh, 1.51 and if there's a rerecording version of that I have it too)
Mupen64-rerecording (haha lots of these )
FCEUXD-rerecording (might be a diff emu but I know it's rerecording )
VBA-rerecording (oh like you didn't see that coming )

Hmm... Let's see what I use...

SNES: ZSNES (most recent WIP... I think?)
NES: FCEUXDSP (Alright, so I just like the abbreviation)
GBA: VBA
N64: Project 64 (most recent public release)
DS: NO$GBA
PSX: ePSXe (Alright, so I only really use it for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night)
Game Boy (classic): NO$GMB. I find it works a lot better than VBA does for regular GB stuff.

I don't think I emulate much else...

Either way, rerecording would be dealing with recording speedruns. Typically, you can use a version like that in order to watch (or record) TASes.

Which is why I have all the rerecording versions, in order to watch TASes

SNES: ZSNES 1.36 and 1.51, some games have sound issues in the newer builds and netplay is disabled. But for almost perfect compatibility: bsnes, a very accurate emulator. It can handle the otherwise broken sound effects in Chrono Trigger (enemy vanishing, "Luminaire" animation sound) or hitting walls with a charged sword in Zelda III very well.

GB(A): Visual Boy Advance. The only thing which "bugs" me is the fact, that reloading save states overwrites battery saves - but this is maybe even the proper way all emulator should handle it (?). From ZSNES I got used that reloading a state doesn't affect the battery, unless you save in game directly after a reload, of course.

NES: FCEU. It does its job very well, but I would like to rearrange the buttons for save states via an entry in the UI, but I cannot (F5 and F7).

Genesis/Mega Drive: Kega Fusion. I like the fact it also plays Master System and Game Gear ROMs, as well as emulating the Mega CD - and that not in a crappy way at all.

PS: ePSXe (1.60), works for almost every game right. And games it doesn't run, like my FFi IX PAL (German), you can dump your physical discs on hard disk, apply a PPF patch on it and play it then.

N64: Project64. Has problems with certain games; or to be more precise, there are often plugin issues - but with very different structures like in Shadow Man, Banjo & Kazooie I won't demand to much, as I have an otherwise wonderful emulator here.

And, Skreeny:
It's a fine choice with Castlevania: SotN. Definitively one of the best discs which should rotate in a PS drive. Still have to explore something more and finish it properly
Spoiler:
with 200%. Although the upside-down castle is a GREAT idea, the music, however, lacks something, if you compare it with the superb one in the first castle.

Snes: ZSNES (been using for nearly 10 years!)
NES: NNNesterJ
Genesis: Gens
Arcade: Mame32, Mame32k, Mame32plus, Mameppkgui, Mamenodllppkgui, Mame32fx (mame32k for online play, the rest just have different compatability lists.)
PCE: Magic Engine(trial)-just for Rondo of Blood.
Sega Master System: Kega Fusion (ok, I only have ghostbusters on it)
PS: ePSXe - runs FFT, SOTN, Castlevania Chronicles well. I had problems with FF9 and Parappa though.
Win/DOS: Scummvm

Say, do any of you play emulators on your DS?

GBA: NO$GBA. I got the $15 version. Worth every penny. Just because VBA doesn't support breakpoints.
Snes: ZSnes
NES: VirtuaNES mainly, but also FCEUXD if I'm hacking at something, and Nintendulator if I'm stepping through code. (Only Nintendulator has the Scanline # and Pixel clock display! Why?!!)
Genesis: Either Kega fusion or Gens rerecording.

None, AFAIK.

You have to use a external program to record the vids.
