Ok, so I just finished watching the last episodes on Adult Swim. It was Episode 167, I think.
Does it really end here? I heard the story continues in the Manga, but I have no clue. Does anyone know anything about this? Is so, please let me know.  |

I hardly know anything about the series but I am fairly sure it ends there with it being cut off. I am fairly sure the manga series is still being continued to this day. |

The episodes are getting tiring if you'd ask me. Don't get me wrong, I DO enjoy watching some of these episodes that don't seem so similar but I have noticed about 60% of them fall under this same plot format.
-Inuyasha and Kagome argue about something irrelevant to finding the Shikon jewel. -Kagome gets captured by a demon creature or some sort of evil being that intends to rape/kill her. -Inuyasha fights the demon but discovers he can't because the episode would only last five minutes if his attack wasn't defective in some way against the demon. -Kagome gets taken away to a horrible place such as a cave, dungeon, haunted shrine, Arby's... -Inuyasha calls for her and contemplates how he is going to kill the demon. -Some evil plotting happens and alot of chit chat. Zzzzz. -Surprise! Inuyasha finds out where the demon is and more intense fighting occurs. -Somehow Inuyasha kills the demon and some baddies (if any) will float off to some scary place to plot some more because fighting Inuyasha now would taint the stretching of the storyline. -Kagome falls into Inuyasha's arms and they continue to argue. -Hilarity ensues and the episode ends there. |

lol. yeah, IY is a great anime and all, dont get me wrong. im just saying that the 1st oh, 3 seasons or wutever were the best.
the later ones got stupid-ish, they got all gay and "let's save the world!" stuff. and demon IY is gangsta. all like "hyah bitch!" 
seriously, and the ending! wtf!?! oh, and keikyo is a bitch. shes should've stayed dead. and IY is stupid for liking her and stuff. [/rant] there are better anime shows ____________________

Yeah, that would be nice. I don't get why they would have this popular Anime that apparently lasted "forever" and then end it so horribly. Grr.
I have yet to watch the movies, but I hear they're good! |

the movies are good, I've seen all but the second. The 1st and 3rd are my favorites. Saounga is awesome as fuck. ____________________
