MIDI isn't actual sound, it's just data to tell a computer what sounds to produce. With that said, no, you can't change MIDI samples. You have to get some better software if you want to change the samples.

I know it isn't sound. It's notes and it grabs from a midi format or whatever it's called. Some place where all the info for sound interpreting is.
