Yes. First of all, if you're low-leveled, and need some help, you'd obviously ask some people, right? What do you get? "get awai form m3, n00b go f*ck (or ****) ur m0m". Now, if you're high-leveled, going around, oh, say Lumbridge (I'm surprised I still remember the names) would be total hell. People will keep on asking you for money, items, armor, etc. I was level 94 or so (Jesus, wasted a whole summer on that crap), and decided to walk around a bit. Numerous people kept following me, asking for money. When I was lower-leveled, and wanted to fight, people would steal the monster I would fight, and, again, use "n00b".

831. Going to bed early because I went to bed at midnight.
