426. The weird OO.O margin default of 0.79 inches. Especially considering I live in a state where teachers have been known to give F's on essays where the margins aren't exactly 1 inch.

I used to have an English teacher that was picky about margins too. He always told us that the margin had to be 1 inch but my Microsoft Word program goes by centimeters because I'm in Canada. Since then I have learned about inches and feet from woodshop and other classes.

428. The fact that it's so pathetically easy to get an American driver's license, putting way too many total idiots on the road. In Michigan, you can get a learner's permit at 14, or even earlier if you're on a farm. The minimum age should be at least 18 and they should make sure you REALLY know how to drive before awarding a license.
