338. Looking at a program that you wrote 6 months ago, knowing that it compiles and works, knowing that you, at one time, were a competent enough programmer to have coded this huge morass of code, wanting to add more functionality to it...and not having a single clue how all of your functions are pieced together to work properly, thus making it nigh impossible for you to do so.

342. People who work in Customer Relations at my job that remove restrictions that WE put on the account despite the fact THEY don't have any right to do so.

It's great when you come across a case where someone is under investigation for fraud and one of the reps made sure he could use his card.

Aren't there placement tests? Or maybe they need tutoring, which would of course be ridiculous.

There are placement tests, which the university completely ignores. They try to throw everyone into Calculus 1 their first semester regardless of prior math education (or lack thereof).

346. Links which open a new window unnecessarily. At least I can turn that off, but I still have to deal with the issue when using public computers or someone else's machine.

I got a new computer this week, and ever since then, the hack has done shit I have never seen before. I don't even know if it can be fixed

Therefore, to stay in the spirit of the thread, I'll add this:

348: Hacking.
