Okay, so I've got defense barriers, homing lasers, the other lasers (I should really child an extra laser to each of them) vulcans set to go off in sets of four, and a tough-ish core.

Should I add anything else, maybe make the core stronger or make it spin faster?

UMO Omega Canon Defense Satellite

It's a big canon.
It'll fuck you up.

Anywho, the Umojans are my faction. A group of militant geniuses. Most of their equipment is for asteroid mining, but has been altered for defense and combat, while some of their weaponry is completely unmodified.

EDIT: More.

Umojan Dragoon Perimeter Defense Unit Mk. I

The Dragoon is a highly maneuverable unit with lots of attack power. It's dual lasers ensure it doesn't get butt-fucked.

Umojan Triskelkosmus Mining Station

This unmodified mining unit is primarily used for boring deep into asteroids with its three arms. These arms are, for the most part, indestructible, since they do need to be durable. The hull itself is pretty sturdy, too.

It's tough at first glance, but...

UMO Oxidizer Mining Unit

This asteroid miner has been almost totally unmodified. It pollutes space with the toxic waste it burns from its nuclear fuel cells. Really, the picture explains it all. The drills are super tough, so it'd be easier to go after the arms themselves.

Note: For Cirvante's boss you need to delete all but the front two boosters, otherwise it zooms offscreen at warp 10 and is completely uncatchable.

Also, how do the parts-recovery/regeneration/repair parts work, do they all do the same thing (heal parts that are attatched to them) just at different rates...? or what?
