Are you trying to use a DS to run it now, rather than GBA? It's possible some older models may have compatibility issues. I don't know of any in this case, but there was one game that did (MMBN4 according to Nintendo).

Perhaps you should get an Action Replay instead.

Yeah, I'd definitely go with an AR. Gamesharks are pieces of crap, IMHO.

Gamesharks ARE crap.

The codes aren't.

For some reason, my AR with DS save backup doesn't work in my GBASP, while my normal Action Replay only works in my GBASP. Wtf?

Or maybe, ya know, I've beaten all my games?
like LTTP or SMA, or even Wario land 4

Buy new games instead of shoddy cheating equipment.

Buy new games instead of shoddy cheating equipment.

Cheating equipment, that I personally have never had break, can inject extra fun into a variety of games. Some examples.
A)- Link's awakening, I had a blast with the walkthrough walls code, just screwing around.
B)- After beating Majora's Mask - All Masks, had alot of fun messing around with them.
C)- After beating MMBN6 - All chips, and messing around with that card thing, it may be cheating, but it's fun as hell to just decimate people.(AI, mind you, I'd never cheat in play with other people) And that card thing(exclusive to the Japanese version) was fun to mess with, I made several styles staying within it's constraints.
D)- The Omega Zero code for MMZ3, that thing is awesome.

Cheating devices can make games a blast after they normally would have had no fun left in them. I see no problem with messing around after having completed a game.

Yeah, but most people use them for cheating. Especially in things like Pokemon. I don't personally see that kind of messing around to be as fun as playing a new game.

And yet, shut up. Game-enhancing devices make things more fun.

Alastor put it quite perfectly. Just because some people cheat to "win", doesn't mean every person that buys an AR DS is gonna omg go uze pokeysave to hax pockmans!!!!!!

Because, you know, that's what all people who use an AR do, right?
