I was looking forward to this interesting title, so I just downloaded and played the demo on XBox Live.

It is fucking awesome. From the very start, it just sucks you in, in a creepy Half-Life-ish sorta way. The demo itself isn't very long, but man do I want to play more of it. And I only had 2 powers and 3 weapons. The shit they were showing in the video after the demo ended was insane!

So, in short, if you have a 360, download the demo now.

Or you could just get the PC version since it's pretty much made for the PC. I don't really like games that use PC as a base and then go to consoles too (ya know, like UT3, UT was a PC title originally, as SS2 was a PC title...) That's due to the whole FPS/mouse thing. Thank god UT3 lets you use USB mouse/keyboard on the PS3. But anyways, I can't wait to play this game. SS2 was the shit and I'm sure this will be too.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that Irrational Games developed this for 360 first, then PC. Also, the PC demo isn't out yet.

I wish I could run this on my PC too. But I highly doubt an ATI Rage Pro can handle the GFX lol Hopefully I can fet a new laptop soon

The wait to even see if I can run the game is killing me. But at least we know the pc demo is coming out before the game releases. It's pretty nice considering not all games even release demos, let alone BEFORE the full game is released. And apparently it will also be available on steam for download. Pretty nifty.

Well the first review is up.

And I must say I'm kind of disappointed.

Remember when the board exploded? It had to be restored from a backup, a very old backup it appears.

Anyway, Bioshock looks like it might be good, if it's better than your average FPS, then I'll probably pick up the PC version at some point, though right now my finances are limited and this is not top priority. As to my PC, I'm pretty sure I can run it, it's only 1 year old.

There's sure to be an option to turn down the graphics a bit if needed.
